EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
DRIVERS AND OR PASSENGERS IN VEHICLES

In exchange for being able to attend the Bahrain International Circuit ("Circuit") and drive a vehicle or ride as a passenger in the vehicle at the Circuit (whether during a motor sports event or otherwise) ("Activity") from the date stated below, I agree:
to release Bahrain International Circuit Company ("BIC") and the Bahrain Motor Federation ("BMF"), promoters, sponsor organisations, land owners and lessees, organisers of the event, their respective servants, officials, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Associated Entities") from all liability for my death, personal injury (including burns), psychological trauma, loss or damage (including property damage) ("harm") howsoever arising from my attendance at the circuit and participating in the Activity as a driver, except to the extent prohibited by law;
that BIC, BMF and the Associated Entities do not make any warranty or undertaking, implied or express, that any Event services provided by any of them will be provided with due care and skill or that any materials provided by any of them in connection with those services will be of merchantable quality or fit for the purpose for which they are supplied; and
to attend the circuit and participate in the Activity as a driver at my own risk.
I acknowledge that:
the risks associated with attending the circuit or participating in the Activity include the risk that I may suffer harm as a result of: motor vehicles (or parts of them) colliding with other motor vehicles, persons or property; acts of violence and other harmful acts (whether intentional or inadvertent) committed by persons attending or participating in the event; and the failure or unsuitability of facilities (including grand-stands, fences and guard rails) to ensure the safety of persons or property at the event.
motor sport is dangerous and that accidents causing harm can and do happen and may happen to me.
I accept the conditions of, and acknowledge the risks arising from, attending the circuit and participating in the Activity either as Driver or Passenger and being provided with services by BIC, BMF and the Associated Entities.
I further declare and confirm as follows:
That I am in good health and my eyesight is up to the standard required for a road driving/riding test and that I am not suffering from any other medical condition or disability which is likely to adversely affect my normal control of a vehicle or which might make it unsafe for me to drive or participate in any other motor sport activity; and
That I shall be solely responsible for any decision as to my fitness to participate in the Activity and that I understand that BIC reserves the right to remove me from the Circuit if it considers my actions to be dangerous or detrimental to other Circuit users.
That BIC and its Sponsors or affiliates have free usage of my details for promotional use I waive any rights in relation to this matter or similar transmission.
That I will be liable to pay up to BD 500 should I cause a collision or any act that results in damage to one of BIC's vehicles during the Event.
That I have been provided with the relevant safety briefing which contains the internal safety rules of the place I understand that failure to comply with these rules might result in cancellation of my membership, I fully understood and undertake to comply.
I hereby acknowledge receipt of the BIC Helmet that has been inspected and without defect. I will return it in the same condition in which I received it. If I damage it (accidentally or intentionally), or fail to properly return it and damage occurs, I'll be responsible for the associated costs.
I understand and agree that: Driving a vehicle at BIC is provided know how to drive a manual transmission (proficient in manual gears).
